1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using AC Wallah services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our platform.
2. Services Provided
We provide AC repair, maintenance, installation services, and an online marketplace for buying and selling air conditioners. All services are subject to professional evaluation upon inspection by our certified technicians. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe or non-compliant.
3. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information when booking services and ensure a safe, accessible environment for our technicians. In the marketplace, sellers must provide accurate descriptions of their AC units, omitting no material defects. Buyers are responsible for inspecting the item listings carefully.
4. Payment & Cancellation
Payments for services are due upon completion. For marketplace transactions, AC Wallah may facilitate payments but reserves the right to charge transaction fees as listed on our platform. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to a scheduled service appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
5. Limitation of Liability
AC Wallah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
