Warranty Terms

Effective Date: January 1, 2024

1. Standard Repair Warranty

All AC repairs and services performed by AC Wallah come with a standard 30-day warranty on labor. If the exact same issue re-occurs within 30 days of the original service date, we will send a technician to inspect and fix the problem at no additional labor cost.

2. Spare Parts Warranty

Any new spare parts supplied and installed by AC Wallah are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. Typically, this ranges from 3 to 12 months depending on the part. We will act as an intermediary for replacing defective parts within their warranty period, but labor charges may apply after the initial 30 days.

3. Refurbished AC Marketplace Returns

AC units purchased directly from the AC Wallah certified refurbished marketplace include a 3-month limited warranty on the compressor. This does not cover physical damage, electrical surge blowouts, or damage due to unauthorized servicing by third-party technicians.

4. Voiding the Warranty

Any warranty claim is void if the AC unit has been tampered with or serviced by any technician not expressly authorized by AC Wallah. The warranty is also voided if there is evidence of physical abuse, improper electrical wiring at the customer's property, or natural disasters.

5. Making a Claim

To file a warranty claim, please contact our support team with your original booking or order ID. A technician will be assigned to evaluate your claim. Final decisions on warranty validity rely on the findings of our master technicians upon their on-site visit.
